This item is exactly as described and I couldn’t be happier. It took less than a few minutes to set up and I attached it to a smart plug so I can turn it on and off with voice.

This is an outstanding and easy to use light kit. Great instructions, etc. The only improvement I would suggest is a better adhesive for certain LED light strips. Other than that its a great light kit and the McLaren backlite Plaque is very cool!
I was surprised when it came in, a small little good well packed box but one that gives you the feel that you bought something NICE!
The led plate it self feels nice and heavy, not cheap plastic.
The base is good too and has me once again surprised with how many options there are:
* you can either power this base by USB or by Battery
* the power at the back can be turned on and left on as there is a soft touch button at the side to turn it ON or OFF
* it comes with a little screw driver
* USB cable to power the base is inclused
* extra power cables that also connect to the base to power up your led lights of your Lego Car, should you have those aswell can be connected with the female USB connector (VERY NICE AND WELL THOUGHT OF I MIGHT ADD!!)
ALL and ALL a complete product that gives the McLaren an extra finishing touch / look and feel.
